Zaatar Sea Salt

Our Zaatar Sea Salt is infused with fresh zaatar leaves from Jordan. The leaves are crushed with the flakey sea salt to release the aroma before being air dried. Everytime you open the jar, it releases more of the beautiful earthy smell that we have all come to love.

Use it as a topping on your breads, butter, cheese and it pairs well with veal and lamb too! Experiment all the different uses of the Zaatar Sea Salt to find your favourite way to eat it.
